Able Pools and Spas, a North Carolina licensed General Contractor, is a family business started by Frank and Ruth Kearney in 1995. In 2016 Able was acquired by Sam and Caroline Manoogian, and their children, who had long desired to move to Wilmington from Raleigh. Sam’s extensive construction background in large project management and quality assurance, was a perfect fit for Able and he has continued Able’s tradition of highest quality construction and customer care.
